SUMMER FESTIVAL

A new group of energetic volunteers is spearheading the re-launch of the Sorauren Summer Festival for 2010!
The Sorauren Park Festival is a one-day, annual, outdoor, community Multi-Arts Festival that includes music, dance, written word, film & visual arts.
The best performing artists that this neighbourhood has to offer:
• Great locally made food & BBQ
• Family refreshments
• Local-craft brewery beer tent
• Artisan fair & market
• Kids play area & activities & fun in the sun.
The festival needs community volunteers and organizers to make it happen, working with Toronto Parks, Forestry and Recreation. If you’d like to volunteer, please contact the site volunteers who will forward your note.

Sorauren Park is part of the City of Toronto's Parks, Forestry and Recreation department, and is operated in conjunction with several community groups, including the Wabash Building Society, Sorauren Park (Sports) Association, K9 Committee, Sorauren Park Festival Committee, and Sorauren Park Community Advisory Committee.
